Does Payal offer online therapy?
Yes. Individual therapy sessions are available face-to-face or via video call (Whatsapp/FaceTime), both priced at £130 per 50-minute session.

Low mood and depression, post-natal depression, OCD and perfectionism, anxiety and panic, social anxiety, relationship difficulties, workplace difficulties, low self-confidence, long-term health conditions, bereavement, and life transitions such as parenthood, divorce, redundancy, or cultural transitions.
What therapy approaches does Payal use?
Payal draws on five main approaches depending on the client’s needs: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Systemic Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion Focused Therapy.

- Individual Therapy (face-to-face or video call): £130 per 50-minute session
- Couples Therapy: £170 per 50-minute session
- Clinical Supervision (for trainees): £90 per 50-minute session
- Initial telephone consultation: free (15–20 minutes)
